Perhaps you’re in a style rut, or celebrating a personal milestone and want to put your best self forward. A one-to-one session with me is the perfect solution. Together, we’ll create a personalised plan that works for your lifestyle, body shape, and personal taste — so you can step into your most confident, colourful, and stylish self.
Before we meet:
You’ll complete a short lifestyle questionnaire so I can understand your current style, preferences, history, and goals. This allows me to tailor the session specifically to you, ensuring that every recommendation feels practical, achievable, and aligned with your personal style.
During your 3-hour Style Session (£250):
We’ll explore several key areas:
Colour Analysis: We’ll look at the psychology of colour and your personal preferences to determine your seasonal colour palette. You’ll discover your ‘wow’ shades that highlight your features, enhance your natural colouring, and make you feel radiant.
Body Shape & Fit: I’ll analyse your body shape to identify cuts, fabrics, and proportions that are most flattering for you. From necklines to jeans styles, you’ll leave with a clear understanding of what works best for your shape.
Personal Styling Advice: We’ll review your wardrobe, discuss outfit ideas for work, rest, or play, and create a mood board tailored to your chosen style and colours. I’ll provide shoppable links so you can recreate looks easily.
Makeup & Wardrobe Guidance: Recommendations will include wardrobe-based looks and makeup shades to enhance your features and bring cohesion to your overall style.
After the session:
You’ll receive a personalised digital Style Guide and colour palette, full of style advice, outfit inspiration, and colour palettes to reference whenever you need. For those who want a tangible reference, you can also choose a physical seasonal swatch (£40) to take home — a perfect tool when shopping or planning outfits.
Optional In-Store Personal Shopping:
I also offer in-store personal shopping at £75 per hour, where I work alongside you to find pieces that suit your colour palette, body shape, and lifestyle. This makes shopping efficient, enjoyable, and completely stress-free.

Lauren will come to your home to work with you and your wardrobe, creating a collection that suits your lifestyle, shape, and colour palette. Your session could result in:
A capsule wardrobe of 30 key pieces
A colour-focused wardrobe built around your personal palette
A tailored wardrobe for work, play, and rest
What we’ll do:
Assess your existing wardrobe: quality, fit, shape, lifestyle suitability, and potential for restyling or altering
Determine what’s giving you life, what could have a future home, and what’s ready to be refreshed
Build outfits from what you already own and identify the gaps
Create a shopping list to fill in those gaps efficiently
Add-on:
Lauren can also send a digital shop file of key pieces tailored to your shape, style, and colours (£50 per hour).
Tip: For the best results, ideally you’ll have already completed a colour analysis session, so your new look is fully informed and cohesive.
